Haringey has more than 600 acres of parks, recreation grounds and open spaces offering a variety of free fun, games and entertainment.
Open spaces make an important contribution to our overall quality of life. Our Open Spaces Strategy draws upon a range of information and seeks to establish a longer term vision for the borough’s parks and open spaces.
From playgrounds to tennis courts all ages are catered for. Our parks play host to a number of events, from small - scale community fairs to major music concerts.
Conservation is high on our agenda. Ancient Woodland, Local Nature Reserves and a number of conservation areas can also be found in the borough.
We have a number of service standards to which we work by. These help us monitor performance and maintain our very high standards.
